I came in today to order some ceiling tiles and the counter guy. I believe his name was. Devon or Deron (i’m sorry for not remembering) was super patient and helpful. Once we got our order figured out, he palletized the order and loaded it in the truck. What a gentleman definitely five star reviews from me.
Great customer service, very helpful.
James runs a tight ship here. They are always super busy, but are able to provide the best customer service! Highly recommemd.
Won't take back unopened packages despite their invoice says "returns subject to restock". Doesn't say "no returns". Not good customer service.
Getting into the Dock is horrible. The people are great and really tried to help get me into the dock but this truck is just too big.
