Worth the Stop. Worth Going Back. I don’t normally write long reviews for gift shops, but Pop City deserves a mention. Walking around New Orleans, you see plenty of places selling the same basic tourist souvenirs over and over again. Pop City stood out because it had a great mix of items—some uniquely New Orleans, some just fun, interesting, and different. The selection was impressive, with plenty of things that felt a little more creative than the standard gift shop experience. We found several unique items that caught our attention, which is always what I’m looking for when traveling. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the location. In a major tourist area, that’s not always a guarantee. Service was friendly, the store was easy to access, and it was a perfect quick stop while exploring the area. My daughter and I found this magical little boutique yesterday when we were exploring the French Quarter. My daughter bought two pairs of super cute pants and I saw a skirt that I didn’t purchase. I thought of that skirt all night and woke up in the morning and decided I had to go back before we left town. I called the phone number and the owner was super sweet. She called me right back to let me know if they had my size. She did And I went right back over to the shop and purchased it. We 2 ladies are So glad we found this wonderful and welcoming Store. We highly recommend it!!?
What a wonderful shop! Rhonda, the owner, was absolutely delightful and made our visit so special. We purchased a beautiful pair of earrings, a matching scarf (which I’m planning to use for my little dog, Elodie!), and a cookbook that Rhonda wrote herself. She even took the time to personally sign it for us, which made it such a meaningful keepsake. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, Rhonda surprised us with an adorable tote bag—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The store is filled with so many cute clothes, unique gifts, and treasures that it’s hard to leave empty-handed. The warm hospitality and personal touches made this one of our favorite shopping experiences. If you’re in the area, this shop is definitely worth a visit. We’ll absolutely be back!

Made my purchase and it was one of the really best experiences I had while shopping. Customer service is everything to me and Lydia did not disappoint.
