I want to start my comment by thanking the human team that took care of my grandmother Matilde these last few months before her departure. I have read some comments that are a little unfair to this company, but the reality is that for us it was a great help during the care of my grandmother. , the different employees of Advanced Home Health acted with humanism and responsibility, they were attentive to the health of my grandmother Matilde, she always spoke highly of the cordial treatment and the great work that this agency did, she always kept our care appointments on time. My grandmother required support in the morning for her diabetes and in the afternoon. Thank you for taking care of my grandmother, I wish I could give you a double star out of 5! I generously recommend this company.

Advanced home health care offers great health care services, in a convenient and competitive fashion. This company provides highly trained medical staff to assist patients of all ages. There staff are very professional, compassionate and caring toward their patients.

Great service! I hope every health company could be like this. They always provide anything my mother needs and the staff take care of her when she most needs it. Recommended!

Wish I could give negative stars! Where should I begin..... We do not speak spanish, so right off the bat there has been a language barrier with the aide that the Advanced Home Health company sent by the name of Tania. My 87 year old VA veteran father in law is currently battling severe dementia at home and bed bound in a specialized air chamber bed due to a nasty bedsore caused by the VA and got worse during an 18 day stay for rehabilitation at Encompass Health & Rehab facility in Lutz. The VA assigned Advanced home health as our home care aide service that is supposed to come to our home 6 days per week at 2 hours per day to sponge bathe my father, brush his teeth and shave his face plus do light duty cleaning and making lunch for dad like a sandwich or heat up food we have prepared in advance. The aide Tania, has always been late and never ever stayed for more than an hour... usually less! We have security cameras all over the house and at the front door recording 24/7. I wasn't told that she was required to stay for 2 hours to give my wife, the daughter, a break. She had to quickly move back to her parents home, all within a matter of a week to help take care of them. The VA called a week after dad had started the care service to check in and gave me all the details. I had to supply the ring security camera footage to prove the aide was barely staying an hour and apparently not doing the job she is supposed to be doing! Yet she was definitely billing and getting paid for 2 hours!! SCAMMER!! I made sure to contact Medicare and inform them as well. BBB is next on the list! We were assigned a new aide that has now no call no showed 3 shifts now. I called the office and spoke with a supervisor and she promised to personally come out to assist us today at 3 pm.... It's now 5 pm and also a no call no show or reply to text by the supervisor on Monday Oct 11th and dad has now gone 4 days without being bathed. Beware of the Advanced Home Health company!! They are liars and insurance payment thieves!! We are now on our third aide since the second never showed and even this one tried to pull payment scam and tell her boss she is always on time and stays for 2 hours!! Lies!! I have every single In & Out time file saved on our security cameras! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Advanced Home Health Tampa gives sub par service! We have now again had no call no show in aide service since October 31st! Daniella their Mgr said she was sending someone on Nov 1st…. It’s now November 9th. No one has shown up as promised and not a single call has been made to contact us with any updates. We have called the VA and requested a different aide agency since Advanced has zero concern about giving care to their contracted vA Veteran patients.
