The review notes that the agent speaks English and Vietnamese, which may be helpful for customers who would rather discuss travel in either language. Travelers can ask about available flight choices and seating needs while explaining their own priorities; specific availability and booking details should be confirmed directly with the agency. Clear communication can make planning more comfortable, particularly when arranging travel for a parent or another family member.

Beyond airline tickets, customer feedback mentions assistance with passport renewal and services related to Vietnam visas or passports. These are useful details for people preparing for travel who may need help understanding which services the agency currently provides. Because requirements and processing steps can depend on the traveler’s situation, customers should contact Airway Travel to confirm what assistance is available and what documents may be needed. The reviews describe staff as friendly, professional, and helpful, and one customer noted that quotes may be flexible and comparable to online prices. Confirming current fares, fees, and service scope in advance can help set expectations.
