I cannot say enough good things about Authentic Real Estate Group, Michael Carter, and Lewis. I first spoke with Michael almost a year before we bought our home. At that time, we were not quite where we needed to be yet, but instead of brushing us off or waiting until we were “ready,” Michael took the time to give us real advice, connect us with Envoy, and help us understand what steps we needed to take to get our credit and finances in line. Michael checked in with us regularly along the way, and that support helped keep us motivated throughout the process. When it came time to start seriously looking, Lewis was amazing from day one. He was informative, easy to talk to, patient, and willing to answer every question we had. He went to every home we requested and made sure we always understood what was happening and what we were getting into. Buying a house can be stressful, but Michael and Lewis made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Their communication was excellent, they were accommodating, and there was zero hassle from start to finish. I truly would not choose anyone else. My first experience with Michael & Lewis was my daughter buying her first home. She was only 26 and needed a lot of hand holding. They showed so much patience with her and helped the buying process so smooth. I was in charge of selling my deceased mothers home.
