Alan Bilzerian is a clothing store at 34 Newbury St, Boston, MA 02116, in Boston, Massachusetts. It is a place to explore designer clothing and accessories, with customer reviews highlighting a changing selection and staff who can discuss a range of designers. Visitors describe new additions each season as refreshing, making the shop worth considering for people who enjoy browsing a curated assortment rather than looking for just one standard item. The store’s location on Newbury Street also makes it a practical stop for shoppers exploring Boston’s retail offerings. If you are planning a visit, the store is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closed on Sunday.

Reviews call out suits and dress shoes as especially appealing parts of the selection, alongside designer shoes, including a customer’s mention of Veja footwear. That feedback may make Alan Bilzerian relevant to shoppers looking for polished clothing, footwear, or pieces to round out an outfit. The available information does not specify particular labels beyond those mentioned by reviewers, so it is sensible to contact the store directly if you are seeking a specific designer, style, size, or item. Customers also describe the assortment as broad and the service as excellent, though individual experiences can vary. For shoppers who appreciate having knowledgeable staff available while they browse, reviews offer positive accounts of helpful, kind service and familiarity with designers.

Customer feedback is mixed, and it is useful to consider both sides before purchasing. Several reviewers praise the selection and describe staff as friendly, kind, and helpful. Other reviews report concerns involving footwear, including a complaint about shoes coming apart and a separate account of mismatched shoes that the customer said were discounted. One reviewer also says a refund was not offered. These are individual customer accounts, not a confirmed statement of the store’s current policies or an assessment of every product. To avoid surprises, inspect footwear carefully before buying and ask staff to explain the condition of discounted items, the return or exchange policy, and what support is available if a purchase develops a problem.

For Boston shoppers comparing clothing stores, Alan Bilzerian may suit people who want to browse designer selections, ask questions about different designers, or look for suits and dress shoes in person. The reviews suggest an attentive, approachable shopping experience for many visitors, while also showing why it is wise to clarify purchase terms before checkout. The store’s posted schedule is consistent throughout the week: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with Sunday closed. Checking directly before traveling is a sensible step if you need to confirm current hours or availability. Overall, Alan Bilzerian is a Newbury Street clothing store with an assortment customers appreciate and some reported footwear and return-policy concerns worth discussing before you buy.

I bought a shoe from here two months ago and this veja brand shoes opened and they said they can't get a refund this is a very sad situation friendly people but their shoes are bad and they don't take returns. Do not shop here because if there is a problem they will not take care of you after the sale.

First time in my life I’ve deliberately been sold two shoes from different pairs! At first, I thought it was just a mistake, so I returned to the store to get the correct shoe. But I got told it was no mistake and that's why they were discounted, let me laugh ! Thankfully, I noticed they were mismatched before wearing them, so I was able to get a refund and that's why I give 2 stars. I didn’t even realize it when trying them on because honestly, who would ever expect to be given two different shoes? While your shop looks great, this felt like a scam to get rid of unwanted stock. It wasted my time and really pissed me off.
