Alea Nails and Spa is a nail salon in Goodyear, Arizona, at 1375 N Litchfield Rd #102, Goodyear, AZ 85395. It offers nail care for people looking for a manicure, pedicure, gel polish, or acrylic set in a neighborhood salon setting. Customer experiences mention both positive visits and areas where service has fallen short, so the details in recent reviews may be useful when deciding what to book. The business has a 4.3-star rating across 197 reviews, offering a snapshot of customer feedback rather than a guarantee of what any individual appointment will be like.
Pedicures are among the services described by customers. One reviewer said they were seated quickly and received a basic pedicure that included a legs-and-feet massage, hot rocks, and gel polish; they reported paying $48 before tip and said they planned to return. Other customers mention manicure appointments, including one who praised Michelle's work and said they would return to her for future manicures. These reviews provide specific examples of services and staff experiences, but the exact options, timing, and prices can vary. If a particular finish, removal, or service detail matters to you, confirm it with the salon before your appointment.
Reviews also include less positive experiences. Some customers describe concerns about a pedicure, polish removal, or the durability of an acrylic nail set, while one reviewer reported feeling mocked and discriminated against during a visit. Those accounts are important context alongside the praise, and they show that experiences have not been consistent for everyone. If you have a concern during your appointment, you may want to explain what you need clearly and check that the service matches your request before leaving. For intricate work or a specific result, discussing expectations in advance can help you decide whether the salon is a fit.
Alea Nails and Spa is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The weekend hours may be convenient for people arranging nail care outside the workweek. Its Goodyear location makes it an option for local residents seeking manicure or pedicure services, including customers interested in gel polish or acrylic nails. Before heading over, check directly with the salon for current availability, service details, and pricing. Reading a range of recent customer feedback can also help you set expectations and choose the service that best suits your visit.

Quickly seated for a pedicure. I asked for the basic and was given a great quality pedicure with legs and feet massage, hot rocks and gel all for $48 before tip!! I will definitely be returning.
Extremely unprofessional and discriminatory service. I came in with red polish and they refused proper removal, leaving color behind. They mocked me, spoke in another language, and treated me poorly likely because it is assumed “Blacks Don’t Tip Well”. I asked several times for them to properly remove my red nail polish using cotton and foil, which is a basic service at any salon. Instead, they dipped my hands in a bowl of remover, barely cleaned the polish, and when I requested better removal, the tech said I should have done it myself before coming in. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse. Multiple technicians refused to serve me. When someone finally agreed, she was visibly annoyed and every time I asked for help, she and others would complain loudly in their language. It felt like they were talking about me right in front of me while ignoring my needs. It was clear I wasn’t welcome, and I believe it was because I’m Black. They acted like I didn’t deserve quality service and assumed I wouldn’t tip. As a paying customer, I expected basic respect and professionalism not judgment, poor service, and hostility. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful, inclusive service.
I will be returning to have Michelle do a manicure from now on. She is so very good. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
I usually really like getting my nails done here but I had a not so great experience getting my toes done. For context I’m very much not a confrontational person and won’t correct things when they seem wrong but I went in to get my toes …
I’m conflicted because the ladies were super nice & the salon was cute. I got a new full acrylic set a week ago. The other day my pinky nail just popped right off than this morning this happened while putting my socks on for crying out loud 🤦♀️ lol I’ve broken many nails in my lifetime but never like this 🤯. I mean, did they forget the glue or how does that even happen? 🙁
