She uses the best products and always takes her time with care when doing my nails- however when need be she is very efficient and fast too! She’s always made times for my pedicures and fills -usually every two weeks, but always seems to make time for me when I’m in a rush for a last minute trip. She also has incredible style, and always has the best new ideas for your nail design. I can’t say enough good things about her. He will not be disappointed! Tell her Heidi sent you lol. Aloha!
If I could give it a 0 I would ! When I walked in I asked if they did BUILDER GEL I was told yes as I am getting my pedicure Kim ask what color shellac I want I said nude she said ok and when I double checked if she was going to apply the builder gel before the color she said no that they don’t do that only shellac ! ! I immediately asked her to stop with my nails because I asked for builder gel and I was told they do it. Mia didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted she just did cut my nails and did the polish ! When I say NEVER AGAIN I mean NEVER AGAIN ! I asked for my toes to be cut even and the same, that didn’t happen! I gave this place a try because of the good reviews unfortunately I didn’t receive great service!
Got my nails done for the first time at Alexan and I am extremely happy with my results. Ivy did an excellent job and was fun to talk to. I will 100% come back as a regular. Such a good experience 10/10. The establishment itself is also very organized, clean, and calming.
This place is a hidden gem. Ivy and Mia are truly amazing they took care of me without appointment. Is very clean and organized. They have a lot of colors to choose from. They truly make you feel comfortable, I will definitely recommend.
Ivy is awesome. I asked for French tips, she suggested a freestyle and I absolutely LOVE my nails. My pedicure and eyebrows are awesome as well. I’ll be back. 🥰
