First, $65 for a short, basic acrylic set is completely outrageous. Entire service felt completely rushed, was not the relaxing “girl time” I was hoping for. The woman doing my nails was doing them as if I was a complete inconvenience to her day. I asked if she can make the square just a little sharper (because she kept rounding off the edges) and she goes “ what” and rolls her eyes. At that point I just shut up and was wishing the service would just end. Really disappointing because I live in area Farms and was hoping to be a new regular customer. First and last time for sure. Over priced and unwelcoming.

I am going to stop going to this place. I have been at this place for a manicure a few times. I never left the place satisfied. I know it is very hard to find a nice nail salon where they work very well. Today, I decided to get a manicure & pedicure for convenience. It was a total waste of money and time. The result was terrible! The woman didn't handle the cuticles well at all, and the nail polish was too thick. In the end, they ask for a tip.

The salon I previously went to has closed, so I chose Aloha Nails at Rea Farm and Jenny. She went out of her way to smooth and soften my feet during my pedicure. In fact, she did the best job I have ever had. She paid attention to the smallest details and I left with an amazing pedicure. I will definitely be returning to Jenny at Aloha Nails.

Leon did a great job! Today I only had a polish removal, and while it did take a while, I truly appreciated the time and care he took to do it the right way. He was thorough, professional, and made sure the process was done properly rather than rushing through it. Thank you, Leon!
