Everyone was so friendly, they truly care about your concerns and questions. Dr. Mendoza took her time with us and explained our treatment plans. Highly recommend
Since the first year I started going here, it’s been a fight with this one person who answers phones. Tried to make me pay a fee for missing an appointment and I had to fight, bring up the fact that I did call 24hrs in advance and I have a chronic illness so sometimes I will miss appts. It’s not like this office cares about your time, they will frequently call you last minute to change your appt or if you show up, they’ll tell you at that appt you’re not actually covered for the cleaning instead of beforehand. It’s also EXTREMELY hot in the dentist office, I almost never leave without a wet, sweaty, back - you would think after having a patient with MS for three years they would turn the AC on, but AM dental likes to save money. They like money - you can tell that from all the crystal money trees. So a hot office with crystal money trees where your chronically ill patients feel like they’re fighting to have decent care. Don’t even get me started on her resources for my valid TMJ pain. I am done with this office. And I gave them many tries. The woman I spoke to on the phone yesterday spoke over me at least three times while my voice was shaking and in tears and she kept saying things like I guess you don’t want to listen. I guess you like to make chronically ill people’s lives harder and have no manners or training on how to talk to people just advocating for themselves and future patients so they don’t have to deal with this. I didn’t even cuss at her and she treated me that way - she shouldn’t have a job around patients. Point blank. That’s actually something she should pray about - how she treats unwell people.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I just left my appointment at AM Dental and wanted to share my experience here. This was my first time at AM Dental so I didn’t know what to expect. The office is very clean and the environment is very friendly. Fabi checked me in and assisted with my X-rays, she walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable (she could probably tell I was anxious). I met with Dr Mendoza and she was kind and thoroughly went through my scans and help set up a plan for all of the follow up I will need. This is the first time I didn’t dread being at the dentist and I’m so glad I found them. Thank you AM Dental!
Dr. Mendoza and Fabi are the best duo in a dental office I’ve ever experienced. If either of these two leave in the next 10 years, I will shed a tear!! I’ve never been happy going to the dentist and they make my visit absolutely flawless every time! Going on 2, maybe 3 years now!! I love you guys! Thank you for everything!
Dr. Mendoza is the best dentist in town !! Went in to have work done cleaning and fillings she was gentle didn't feel a thing.!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. All staff, receptionist were all great. Thank you Dr. Mendoza and staff you guys where amazing best experiences ever !
