??why are you guys switching out the nails? They were too small for the packaging which is on us we should’ve noticed that first but false advertising is not okay. Don’t blame us when we open the nails to check them in the store next time.

If I could give the store a 0 star I would. I have shopped in the store a couple of times since I've moved in the area. Today I went to the store because the day before I saw a now hiring sign. When I walked in security and the lady at the front greeted me. Mr. Kim not sure if he is the manager, but it was rude and if looks could kill I would be dead. I don't want to say that he was racist but the disgust in his face when he saw me gave me an uneasy feeling. He barely even acknowledged my request, "Not Right Now" was all he said and walked away. I've never felt so discarded and disrespected. Im not sure if I am the only but, I will never step foot in that store again.

I don’t understand how yal be so rude to black women and we’re the main people that keep yal business running smh. I simply was trying to show the Asian woman a pic from my phone of the specific product I was looking for so she could point me in the right direction. She didn’t even attempt to try and see what I was taking about but instead pointed out to the sales floor that the shampoo is that way and “I don’t know all the products here just look”…. Wow that’s crazy because some kinda way yal know all the prices by heart hmm 🤔 so I found a nice young black lady that was stocking the shelves, so thankful for her because she took the time to stop what she was doing, look it up and walk me directly to the product., Yea I’m definitely not spending nomo money with this place. If I gotta stop while I’m out and about in tha south imma do that before I come here.

I don't know how this place is even still is open. Make sure to check the price because they have prices on the products but ring up a different price when you're checking out. I'm not sure if this is an accident but it happened three separate times while shopping at the store

They don't even greet you when you enter. I don't like going to this beauty supply because how they treat their Black customers. I didn't want to go back after 10 years because of how two Asian women were extreme rude to a Black a customer, when she asked for her money back after they were rude to her. They didn't have what I was looking for, but I purchased another type of makeup.
