Sign in to reviewFirst time went for grocery, it is small store for you if you are used to shopping Indian grocery store like India Bazar or Patel Brother. But more parking spaces available in the morning times not busy. It will be good for immediate need for 1 day groceries due to limited items but still variety of food items Noodles Rice Meat and frozen items too available . Due to small space back side is feel like kind of unorganized but still can be improved. Best things all most everything is available including Dhaka topi and Puja Samagrhi. Also you can shop lottery tickets. Price are not very high looks reasonable but price of items need to double check before you check out. I realized after checkout cashier didn’t ask for name or phone number for points not sure that is for old customer only or not Bcz she asked about redemption of points to another buyer who checked out before me. Overall experience not that much good. You can try if you live nearby.
Today we went to do some grocery and the dai there was so sweet to us and we bought chicken aachar which was so delicious we almost finished it in a day however as someone who love spicy food it wasn’t spicy but the taste was so good . I’d love to have it a lil more spicy
I highly recommend amma grocery store , whenever I went to buy something , always got! Also among couple of desi stores in the area, Amma grocery have the best price! Customer service is excellent! Forgot my card there, and they called me to get it. Thank you so much.
This business has changed! It has a new owner/operator and a new name; CHULO, which is the name of a Napali clay oven, similar to Tandoor. It is an amazing new restaurant (open less than 25 days) serving Indian and Napalese food. This veteran owned, family business, deserves to be on your "Try it this week" list. Two reasons dropped my rating to 4💥 1. I want to go back to try more recipes and check consistency (stay tuned) 2. No local tap or Asian beer. No liquor license at all. This is a common practice for new restaurants. Increased customer demand will make navigating the beaurocratic government wickets and fees of liquor licensing worthwhile. On a positive note you can B.Y.O.B. But go for the food. It's amazing.
Our go-to store! Amma Indian Grocery Store is a gem for authentic Indian ingredients and products! The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of spices, snacks, fresh produce, and specialty items that are often hard to find elsewhere. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you locate what you need or recommend new items to try. Whether you’re looking to cook a traditional dish or explore new flavors, Amma Indian Grocery has everything you need. It’s my go-to spot for quality Indian groceries and a wonderful shopping experience!
