Shoppers mention Indian vegetables, ingredients for cooking Indian food, snacks, sweets, and other everyday grocery items that make it easier to plan meals in one place. Service is another detail that stands out in the reviews. Several customers describe the staff as helpful and the checkout process as efficient, which matters when you are in a hurry or looking for a specific item. That kind of hands-on help makes the store feel practical and approachable rather than overwhelming, especially for first-time visitors.
The overall impression is of a neighborhood market that serves a broad mix of customers in Fremont, California. Some shoppers come for value and convenience, while others come for the selection of items that support Indian and broader South Asian cooking at home. A few reviews also remind buyers to check dates carefully on slower-moving packaged goods, which is a sensible habit in any grocery store. That balanced feedback gives a realistic picture: Dulhan Grocery is best suited to people who want variety, useful basics, and a nearby place to shop for everyday ingredients.

For many households, that simplicity is exactly what makes a neighborhood grocery valuable.

Sign in to reviewAbsolutely must go to the shopping store. Customer service was excellent, and if you're looking for a Pakistani or South Asian grocery, this is your place to go. Asha was extremely helpful, offering suggestions and even walking with me to find products. My favorite things were handmade roti and paratha, homemade pickles, and fresh vegetables. I am not a big fan of frozen food, but some vegetables were cut, and they are clean and available in the freezer. Also, a wide range of tea brands is available. Omg I bought the pink guava too, which was delicious. If I am in Fremont again, I would love to shop. Thanks to all who work there. This store is 30 years old and still shining with positive energy and excellent service.
This store gives great ingredients for cooking Indian food, had pure water filling, and had many sweets also. The checkout is also very efficient.
The shop wrt to the variety and quality of stuff they offer is really good. Veggies are almost always fresh looking unlike some other Indian stores. A few niche items including eggs could be expired at times. But that I am guessing is because there is less turnover for those items at this shop. The people at the counter are mostly all pleasant to deal with and very helpful when trying to find something. Taking a star off for the poor parking situation in this complex and not enough wheeled shopping carts available to shop with. But again the space inside wouldn't allow too many shoppers moving around with them either.
One of indian store . it has a lot of variety of products. has wide variety of indian vegetables.. inside the store you will get pure water also. that's also nice.will get lot of indian snacks.the store is very nice and better prices are available.
Fraud place selling expired products. Munch was manufactured in Dec 2020 and they have an expiry pf 9 months. These fraud folks selling products that expired an year ago. They even sell already opened biscuit packs by just putting a tape to cover! Horrible to say the least. Please stay away from this place and teach them a lesson.
