When we arrived, they were in the middle of a rush, and the manager let us soak our feet while we waited, which we didn’t mind at all. However, she seemed very distant when I tried making conversation, and then proceeded to ask my mother, in a pretty irritated tone, “Why didn’t you call?” The older woman and gentleman who did our pedicures were very nice, although the gentleman seemed irritated when I asked for regular polish instead of gel. The biggest issue was the coupon, which didn’t state that it was limited to one service, yet we were told it could only be used on one pedicure. After 8 years of being loyal customers, we expected better customer service and communication. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.. Our total was 78 not bad I told my mother just pay and never come back there’s better saloons honestly

My sister took me here to get a pedicure the moment we walked in there was a feeling that they did not want to provide service. My daughter and granddaughter got the same feeling so they left. They were the smart ones. Unfortunately we stayed and the service was terrible. The whole time they of course were talking about us and it was obvious in the job that was done. If you don’t like your job maybe do something different. So if getting regular polish vs shellac made the already bad job even worse this is what I got. I will definitely not go back. It’s just sad this was supposed to be a nice relaxing time a gift from my sister for my birthday what a disappointment going there was.

This was my third visit, and once again Devin did an AMAZING job! He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. I’m always so happy with my nails—highly recommend

I’m not sure how this establishment gets 5 star reviews they have to be paid or doing it to win something. Also don’t think they are all actually licensed cuz why would this happen? I haven’t been here in about 4 years due to the same situation. My fault for trusting them! I came in yesterday not even late or when it was busy, so I didn’t think it would be bad. The entire time Nancy was doing my nails she was distracted on her phone and rushing doing my nails. I’m not a confrontational person so I paid and left in tears. After I cried in my car from how bad my nails were I called and asked if they can plz remove the nails and give me refund that all I wanted. I showed Tina what I wanted if they were unable to do stilettos then why take me? All my nails were different shapes and sizes. Im still in tears cuz they are so ugly and not shaped properly they are crooked too! I kept asking for a refund Tina refused so I was forced to have her “fix” them. The polish isn’t even evenly coated and still they are crooked and different shapes. This was my treat to myself for my birthday and I’m in tears 70$ for ugly nails! Then she stated after saying she couldn’t refund me that I would have to pay to have them removed!! Even though it was Nancy’s fault, the acrylic is not even completely covering some of my nails. Avoid this place!!! All I wanted was a refund and the nails taken off😭😭
