I enjoy going here to have my nails done. Staff is very friendly. They recently did a very tasteful remodel of the interior of the salon replacing the floor and with marble an all-new salon chairs. The cost to have your nails done is very reasonable. I suggest this place to my friends all the time. Keep up the good work!
First time going here, was a bit excited due to the fact that it was nearby, didn't have to do the 20 minute ride to my usual nail salon. The reviews were excellent so I had high hopes this might just be my new go to. First off the receptionist was very sweet and attentive but doesn't know what a full set is with powder. Maybe they use different terms but every other salon I've gone to use the same terms. Here its the dip with a tip extension. The wait wasn't too bad, just about 15 minutes. Once I sat down thur receptionist gave me 3 rings which were the colors for the powder. This was my first disappointment, there wasn't much of a color selection. My second disappointment was the nail tech I got. She was a very sweet lady but instead of doing the nails I wanted she was trying to convince me otherwise. I wanted to go longer but she said it wasn't a good idea because then there was going to be a problem with the powder and it may not last long, to me it didn't make sense. All I ever get is powder and they last for a month before needing a fill. Originally my nails came out nice, but after a few days they started getting into this ugly red and just looked odd. A week later, they started chipping. My left hand nails are all gone. This has to be the most disappointing experience I've had, definitely won't be back.
I have been coming here for years and Hana just did another one of her detailed, great pedicures. I will always go to her. She does amazing work and is never rushed. Definitely deserved a $20 tip!
Please take my review into consideration if you are looking at coming here. I been coming since the grand open of this places. Years now. And the services has gone down. They don’t care. They didn’t clean under my nails after my fill. They burn two of my fingers when they were shaping the nails, that my finger hurt when there is any pressure. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this will be the last time I step foot there.
