Continued Review – Home Purchase (2025) Five years later, I’m back again to update my review for Anh — this time not for a refinance, but for the purchase of my new home in Fullerton. When it came time to buy, there was no question in my mind who I would reach out to. Even though Anh is based in San Jose, distance was never an issue. She goes above and beyond to support me every step of the way. Just like before, Anh’s professionalism, transparency, and deep knowledge made the process smooth and stress-free. She guided me through every detail of the loan and purchase process, always taking time to explain my options clearly and making sure I felt confident in each decision. Her responsiveness is unmatched. She truly treats your loan as if it were her own; and has even helped address my concerns after normal hours. What continues to impress me most about Anh is her integrity. She genuinely cares about what’s best for her clients, not just about closing a deal. That level of honesty and dedication is rare to find, and it’s exactly why I’ve trusted her over the years. From my first refinance with her to now owning a new home, Anh has consistently delivered top-notch service with a personal touch. I was able to purchase my first home with the help of Anh recently. Being unfamiliar with the process, I was a bit nervous at the beginning of my search, but that changed quickly when I started working with Anh. She was with me every step of the way and made things easy. Regardless of the questions I had (and I had a lot of them), Anh was patient, responsive, and answered all of them thoroughly. She also offered great and insightful advice as well. Anh was completely transparent—and I knew immediately that she always had my best interest in mind. Purchasing a home has a lot of moving parts, but Anh was able to streamline things and made it a wonderful experience. Some homes listed were short-sales, and she explained that process to us clearly, so we know what to expect in terms of the waiting time and possible increase in sale price. She's honest, knowledgeable about finance, looks out for your interest, responsive, and always enthusiastic about sharing her advice with her clients. We love that and would highly recommend her
