Numerous free samples with purchases. I buy their high brand Sulwhasoo men's skin care products for myself & mid range brands Laneige & IOPE men's products for gifts. This franchise Aritaum store is owned by a local Korean American couple. I would rather buy my high end Korean skin care products here to support a locally owned franchise than at Nordstrom or at Neiman Marcus, where they also sell Sulwhasoo & Amore Pacific high brands or at Sephora, where they sell some Amore Pacific brands but give you no free samples with purchases. Support locally owned franchises. Aritaum store is inside Kukje supermarket, where you can buy Korean bars of soap, cleaning supplies, toothpaste, tasty premade Korean food, fruits, vegetables, meats, ginseng tea, etc. Mostly Korean products. It's fun to use Korean household products such as soaps & toothpaste with ginseng, green tea, bamboo salts, etc. as ingredients. American brands are now copying Korean brands by adding green tea, etc. into some of their toiletries, but I would buy them from Korean brands, considering Korean companies have been using the ingredients much longer & have perfected the science & application of using natural ginger, green & white tea, bamboo salts, & ginseng. Sulwhasoo high end skin care has been using aged ginseng to perfection. San Francisco (nearby Daly City) is very fortunate to have international store Aritaum! 1/9/20: join their club. You earn points with each purchase. I was able to use my accumulated points to get $10 off my purchase today! + I got lovely free samples. After trying the Sulwhasoo Time Treasure Renovating Serum EX as a new step 3 in my now easy 4 step face & neck skin care regimen, I plan to buy the product. Free samples help us decide if we want to spend $$ on a product prior to making the purchase. Shopping at Aritaum is wonderful! I even got an IOPE soft pouch with a blanket inside as a gift with purchase! You do not get all these lovely & helpful free product samples & gifts when you purchase Amore Pacific brand products at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, or at Nordstrom's. You only get all these helpful & lovely free gifts & product samples with your purchases at Aritaum.

No customer service. Didn’t bother to ask if I needed help because I don’t look Asian enough but I’m Asian though. I can tell they are racist. If you don’t look Korean don’t bother to go there or else you don’t get served, just go to Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus or Sephora. Btw, Aritaum is inside Kukje Supermarket. I’ve been to this market about 3 times. During my time there, I would go by Aritaum cosmetic. I never see customers there. What is that tell you? It’s must be their horrible customer service!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Everyone is incredibly sweet and very helpful. My new favorite place! Definitely the best place!!
