Aritzia

My daughter and I have always loved shopping at Aritzia and have spent a lot of money here since this location opened. During this visit alone, we spent close to $2,000. I want to recognize the girls working in the fitting rooms because they were absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire shopping experience. They made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, everything changed once we got to the cash register. The checkout process was disorganized and disappointing. One of the associate dragged my daughter’s beautiful dress, which cost $168, across the floor while taking it to the register. Thankfully, the dress wasn’t damaged, but seeing such an expensive item handled that way was very upsetting. The cashier then forgot to ring up that same dress, had to change our total after already giving it to us, and later forgot that we had asked for a printed receipt. For a store with this level of quality and pricing, I expected a much more professional checkout experience. I truly hope management addresses this, because the fitting room team was exceptional, but the experience at the register did not reflect the level of service I expect from Aritzia.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this location. Every time I’ve gone in from way before I bought anything to now building my wardrobe I have gotten the most top notch customer service I think I ever remember receiving at a retail store. They’re so organized, the store is never dirty or messy even through sales, and everyone is so helpful in finding you specific pieces or recommendations. Jolie (Apologies if I misspelled it!) was BEYOND helpful helping me pick new office outfits for my new job and made me feel so confident. She even had small talk with my partner which I personally loved that she made him feel included. She even picked some things out herself she thought I would love! I ended up getting almost everything thanks to her help & I’ve never had a bad experience here. They truly make your experience feel so luxury and I’m so picky when it comes to luxury items but they are so sweet that it makes it hard to say no, haha.

Today I had an amazing stylist at this location named haliey! She was so welcoming and constantly checking to see how I was doing! She definitely went above and beyond!
