I had a very disappointing experience with an Aritzia styling appointment. The process of even booking and coordinating the appointment was unnecessarily stressful and disorganized, and I ultimately had to escalate to corporate just to get things sorted out. During the appointment, my stylist (Sophia) did not feel very attentive or helpful. My friend, who has a different size, was given a wide range of options and a very curated experience, while I was only offered a handful of pieces that didn’t really match my style. I ended up having to pull items myself in order to actually find things I liked. When I asked for different sizes, I was told they weren’t available, which was frustrating because I regularly shop at Aritzia and haven’t had issues finding my size before. It felt like there wasn’t much effort to problem-solve or explore alternatives. Overall, I didn’t feel properly supported during the appointment, and at times it seemed like I was not getting the same level of attention or assistance. I also noticed the experience didn’t feel very focused or engaged. I wouldn’t recommend this styling service based on my experience at this location.

Store still really is not size inclusive, despite the social media ads I’ve seen from the brand lately. Lots of 2xs and most things maxing out at 10 and maybe an L … found a single thing I was looking for in an XL. Then when I was greeted the first time in the store by the cashier who asked if I had tried on the top. And when I said no, “well if you believe, I believe”… 🤨 definitely still not the vibe.

Went in the store today to purchase some items for my girl best friend… while looking around, a lovely lady, Taryn, went up to me asking if I needed any assistance. She was able to help me with some gift ideas and overall made my Aritzia experience very well!

I truly wish I could give o on their customer service. I always like to stop by Aritizia, but few weeks ago I went to return an item and the staff was having a bad attitude. I meant the staff that is tall with bangs who always stays in the cashier position, nobody needs to handle you bad attitude :)

Was contemplating 2 sizes of the super puff, one size they had in store (M) and the other (S) they didn’t. I went with the size (S) which the SA said she could order and ship to my house. They call me 6 days later to let me know they can no longer fulfill the order because they are out of stock. If I had known sooner or at the time of purchase that they were low stock and might not be able to fulfill, I would have just bought the one in store. Sale is now over and although they refunded me, I’m out a jacket. Both the associate and her manager were unapologetic; beyond a refund of my $500, they said I could reorder when they’re back in stock at the higher price. No emotion or regret in their voices. With my purchase history, I find this completely unacceptable and won’t be spending my money here again.
