I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing customer service we received from Marcos at Aritzia Las Vegas Outlets. We were visiting on vacation, and my daughter was looking for a sweater. Even though we didn’t find exactly what she had in mind, Marcos made our entire experience so special. This is honestly the first time we’ve ever felt so comfortable and genuinely cared for in a store. He was kind, attentive, patient, and created such a welcoming atmosphere that we ended up buying several other items instead. At one point, my daughter went to the fitting rooms, where another associate (an Asian young lady) helped her briefly. When we returned to check out with Marcos, she interrupted during the transaction and, from what I could tell, had him change something in the system—possibly related to employee credit. While Marcos continued helping us professionally, she remained nearby the entire time. I left the store feeling a bit uncomfortable, because Marcos was the one who truly assisted us 99% of the time and was the reason we decided to continue shopping and make purchases. I understand teamwork is important, but it didn’t feel quite fair in that moment. Marcos, if you happen to read this—please know that you are outstanding at what you do. Your customer service made a lasting impression on us, and we truly appreciate you.

I’ve had such a great experience at the Aritzia at Caesars Palace! I was lucky enough to connect with Soraya, who has truly made every shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. She is incredibly kind, patient, and has such a great eye for selecting pieces that actually work for me and my style. Since then, she has consistently gone above and beyond to be accommodating and provide amazing customer service. Every time I visit the store, the experience is smooth, fun, and genuinely enjoyable. Soraya and the whole team at this store have absolutely made me a lifelong Aritzia customer. Cannot recommend her or this location enough!

Best experience I’ve ever had picking clothes, it’s rare to have someone truly care and help you pick out personalized suggestions with this price range!! I highly recommend working with Kristen* — she went the extra mile picking out several dresses for me based on my preferences and truly made my Vegas trip beyond special. As a fellow petite asian, her presence and relatability meant wonders. I know there’s mixed feelings about the fitting room, but I personally don’t mind it — the aesthetics are gorgeous and the lighting is great. Kristen was willing to move me to different fitting rooms for more room and offloaded clothes from the room as needed. 11/10 will bring my mother, sisters, and cousins here for a true pampering experience

Great experience at this Artizia!! The store has amazing staff and speaking to them is honestly like speaking to a friend. I was helped by several of the staff members who were really just happy to be there and assist. I came in looking for a white off the shoulder t-shirt but tried on the pink version and was taken to the dressing rooms to try them on right away. They checked on me several times to make sure I was satisfied and I was also able to get the help and opinion of which sizing I would be happy with (which is soo what I need as an indecisive girly) by a few of the girls there.
