Sign in to reviewCame into the store yesterday because my daughter told me about the sales that was happening, so I thought I’d check it out while I was at the mall. The sale section had some nice pieces that I picked up and went to the fitting room to try on, the ladies that was working in there was of great help, especially the one with the dress on. And when I got to the check out counter the guy with the glasses made checking out such a pleasant experience. He was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Even though it was a quick interaction, he had a great attitude, kept everything running smoothly, and made the checkout process seamless. Needless to say that was the cherry on top as it made me feel extremely valued even though our conversation was quick, but he was being so kind and attentive while multitasking at the same time!! Will definitely be back to the store!!
Gretta, the "store manager" had the worst service! (At least she said she was the manager, even though she was working the register) Honestly just needed some returns, she informed me of the 14 day policy. Made sense, but she gave so much ATTITUDE the whole time. Keep in mind I had the account I bought the clothes through, the tags perfectly on, and nothing wrong with the 2 items. But she said she could only give store credit. She said there was no way to get a refund to my card, I asked for a manager, she says she was the one. I finally asked if there was a service number and I was able to call, and get an email sent to the store to give me a full refund to my card. During this time....the manager didn't know what to do and was confused and was asking another worker for help.... Super frustrating, and a lot of attitude. Keep in mind, the last couple months alone, I have bought at least $1,200 worth of products. I'm never letting my significant other buy from here again, never! Gretta, please try to have better manners and professionalism. You are the only reason I'm writing this review.
When i tell you, i dont think ive ever had such a great shopping experience at another store in comparison to this one, you better believe me!!! I honestly was rather skeptical because I am someone who is rather picky with clothes and big brands, however Phillip, i believe his name was, truly made my entire week. Not only was he kind enough to reassure me, but also have such a steady flow of balance between conversation and working, which I loved. Being able to form that customer relationship while working in such a way where I am able to leave at a timely manner… omg I was just baffled. He has singled handedly made me wanna come again!!!
Today was my first time in aritzia, I came to buy a puffer jacket. I rarely go out shopping and was somewhat intimidated, but Cedric was so sweet!! I felt instantly welcomed, like I had just run into an old friend. Michelle at the counter was also so amazing! Store was clean and organized and the service was top notch❤️❤️❤️ will be back to blow future paychecks lol
Worst experience i’ve ever had shopping. The employees are blatantly rude and have some kind of racial bias. I went into the store knowing I wanted to buy a sweat set. It was annoying because their sweats were kind of just placed all over the store, so I ended up walking around looking at the colors and pairs for a while. I noticed all the workers around me were going up to everyone and asking multiple times if the other customers needed help and just being very accommodating to them, but walking right past me when I clearly did need help finding a size. They would literally walk right past me to the white girl behind me and ask if she wanted the stuff in her hands to be put in the fitting room while she continued to look around. Not once did anyone come up to me. At one point, I was clearly waiting for the fitting room and a worker just looked me up and down, and then proceeded to walk away to the point where I had to stop her and ask about the fitting rooms. All that felt very racially charged because every white person around me were getting such different treatment and accommodations. Even in the fitting room, I could hear the employees checking on other people, but not once for me. I was already fed up and I was looking for a size in a blue sweatshirt. None of the multiple workers around me offered any assistance and when i stopped one and asked, they looked at the stack quickly and said no. There was no further explanation like being out of stock or online options, they just stated blankly at me and said no. At this point I was so over the rude treatment in comparison to the other shoppers. My friend went to put the sweatpants she grabbed a couple minutes before back to its spot because we were just so over the treatment. That is when finally a worker came up to us and said ‘let me get that out of your hands and place it in the correct spot ma’am’. This being the only time any worker had come up to us is absolutely ridiculous, especially to make a snide comment when in fact we were at that specific rack for the pants a couple minutes prior and just went to put them back. They need to reevaluate how they treat costumers, especially if they don’t fit the standard white girls they apparently cater to.
