do not recommend. my finger was cut with zero regard or apology. the two ladies at the front are rude. when asked for a manager or owners info so that I could discuss my experience I was flat out told no. I continued to request a way to get in contact with someone and was told they would just refund me and to not come back. (my pleasure) when the refund was given the receipt was thrown at me. I then got escalated because of the blatant disrespect and was flipped off. yes you read correctly middle finger up. I never disrespected her and didnt raise my voice until the receipt was thrown. I would never give them my money. and i sure hate to make things about race in 2026 buts it’s hard not to when your met with unwarranted blatant disrespect. do not recommend.

It honestly depends on who you go to, but Miss Lee (I think chair 13) always gets me right. I usually get square French tips, sometimes with designs, and recently just plain white. She works fast, her shaping and application are really good, and my nails always last a long time.

I mean it's cheap but you get what you pay for. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is my stepmother had a great time with her pedicure. My acrylics, however, are not it. They're uneven, crooked, they look like they're grown out and I got them yesterday. My fingers are even still dyed and its been a whole day of me washing my hands, showering, and using hand sanitizer.

Literally the worst. I kept advocating tell the lady that the nail polish was peeling already. She used nail clippers and tried the clip off the side of my nail that was already peeling, and it physically hurt. I told her to stop and she said "it's only a little bit." I'm like, yeah, but it's attached to my foot, it hurts. She started acting like I was just being crazy. I told the lady at the front desk after they gave me a bill for 75$ for a pedicure. She acted like I was just crazy, too. Offer to give me 5$ off since I wasn't happy with the service. I paid and left. I attached photos so you can judge for yourself if it was already peeling or if I was being crazy. By the way, it's been around 45 minutes since the nails were done, so the picture isn't days old, just looks like it. I will never return to this place. They are a complete scam with horrible nail techs.

We drive over an hour just to come to this nail salon, and it’s worth every mile. My wife has been coming here for almost four years, and the service has been consistently outstanding. Everyone is always welcoming, friendly, and has such a positive attitude. They make you feel comfortable and truly appreciated every time you walk in. We live in Springtown, and even with so many salons closer to home, we choose to come here because of the quality of their work and the exceptional customer service. They genuinely care about their clients, and it shows. We highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional service and a great experience. We’ll definitely keep coming back
