Asia Tourist & Services

Asia Tourist & Services is a travel agency in Portland, Oregon, serving travelers who want attentive help with international trips and travel paperwork. Located at 4200 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97266, the agency is a practical local resource for people planning travel to Vietnam, China, and other international destinations. Customer reviews highlight responsive, knowledgeable assistance and a personal approach: Minh and Kim are praised for taking time to answer questions and help customers work through the details of a trip. The business has a 4.7-star rating from 16 reviews.

Customers describe support that can extend beyond making a plan. Reviewers have turned to Minh for international travel assistance, including help responding when a flight to Vietnam was delayed repeatedly by severe weather. They appreciated receiving quick responses and follow-ups while seeking help at the airport. That kind of attentive communication can be reassuring when travel plans change unexpectedly. Customers also mention help with visa applications, including guidance through forms and document details. For travelers who would rather review requirements with a person than manage every step alone, this hands-on assistance is a notable part of the experience described in reviews.

Visa support is a particularly visible service in customer feedback. One group of four travelers, including someone with a more complicated Chinese passport, said Kim helped them fill out forms, take photos, and check that the application materials were correct. They reported receiving their China visas in about a week; another customer said a Chinese visa arrived in 12 days, as promised. A traveler seeking a Vietnam visa reported receiving it within a week and also described arranging a fast-track immigration service at Da Nang airport. Experiences and processing times can vary, so travelers should confirm current requirements, timing, and available services directly with the agency.

The reviews suggest that Asia Tourist & Services may suit people arranging overseas trips, applying for visas, or looking for responsive assistance when plans become complicated. It may be especially helpful for travelers who value having someone explain paperwork and respond to questions rather than navigating each step without support. The agency is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; it is closed Sunday.
