It was great to have Michele as a buyer realtor agent. As the first time buyer, there are so many questions and many things that I needed to understand. With her experiences and knowledge, she walked me through the buying process on the first day, helped me understand about the process. She was always available when I wanted to see houses in short notice period. She is friendly and easy to work with. She even gave us beautiful hanging flowers as welcome home and bought us lunch on moving day. I would recommend her as a realtor agent .
We are so glad we were fortunate enough to pick Michele Montoya as our realtor when we listed our charming but 90 year old rental home last year. Michele and her company marketed the house in a very attractive and creative way. We received offers and each time inspectors required a few expensive repairs. Michele worked to help us choose contractors to do the repairs. After several months we decided to take the house off the market. This spring we re-listed the house with Michele. She offered a few suggestions to improve the house and it sold within a month. We will certainly call on Michele when the time comes to sell our other rentals. She was a pleasure to work with. Out of 5 stars we would give her a 6!
