This Asian Market feels like a smaller version of Grand Asia Market in Raleigh. It isn’t as large, but the selection is surprisingly good, especially when it comes to Asian sauces, seasonings, noodles, and other pantry staples. There is also a small prepared-food counter offering Chinese BBQ and hot meals. We tried the roast duck rice and beef noodle soup. The portions were generous and the flavors were decent—not outstanding, but perfectly fine for a quick meal while grocery shopping. The one thing I found quite inconvenient was the shopping-cart system. You need a quarter (25¢) to unlock a cart, and unfortunately I didn’t have any coins with me that day. I ended up carrying a heavy shopping basket around the store, which was pretty frustrating. In fact, because the basket became so heavy, I bought fewer groceries and everyday items than I had originally planned. Overall, it’s a solid Asian grocery store with a good variety for its size, and the prepared-food counter is a nice bonus. I just wish there were an easier option for customers who don’t happen to have a quarter with them.

This is the largest Asian market in Charlotte, in my experience. This store offering a wide variety of fresh seafood, including fish, lobsters, crawfish, shrimp, mussels and live crabs. Their vegetables have a lot of option and they are so fresh. They carry a vast selection of seasonings, from all over Asian and even have some from South America as well. They isle is arranged in very organized way, you can tell that they put by almost each country per isle such as Thailand, China, Japan or Korea. They have many kind of ingredients dry or wet, hotpot bases, instant noodles, and more. You’ll also find imported Asian snacks, beverages, and a variety of frozen foods like dumplings, noodles or vegetables. They also offer freshly cut pork, beef, and chicken in different cut. Also, if you hungry, they have some type like small food court that you can should and pick to eat, roast duck, chicken or pork roasted. Definitely come back for this location.

Great place! Love the variety and the large selection; including grit shaped ice cream. It does have a strong fish smell when you walk in because they sell fish.

My son and I love this place! It’s an Asian supermarket with a large counter that serves a ton of prepared foods, freshly made crab boils, deep fried crabs, and more! There’s a small area where you can eat in if you’d like. There are huge fresh seafood and meat counters. You can also purchase whole or half marinated and smoked ducks. The staff was friendly and helpful and they gave my son several free items to sample. These were not sample size, they were full size. I was amazed by the selection in the supermarket part of the store. We’re already planning what we’ll order our next visit.
