I came yesterday and Sam did my nails. Overall I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I wasn’t offtered a beverage upon arrival. The woman infront of me was offered. The process felt rushed and my the acrylic is on my skin. I asked for long oval and my nails look like short pointy Dino eggs. Pictures are attached. $55 for a full set
I was charge $95 and I have a reference example of what I was looking for. After being in there for 2 hours when Tammy my nail tech was done I just got up and paid and left. I got home and finally took a look and showed my finance the nails and told him how unhappy I was with them now that I’m looking at them. I’m a perfectionist and there are a lot of mistakes and honestly just don’t look good to me. Tammy had good Customer service however the work just isn’t what I was expecting. I left with nicks and cuts and the base is fat and the top is thin. I have stuff left all around my nails that I e been picking off. I stated these were for my engagement photos as well.
The work was very sloppy. If you are going to charge 90 for this set, at least do it right. …
This was my first visit here, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Helen was absolutely amazing—professional, attentive, and truly talented. She made me feel so comfortable, and my nails turned out beautiful. I will definitely be returning and booking all of my future appointments with her. The entire staff, including the owner, were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
