Our experience with Aurora and her team began in the 80’s with my parents who have had State Farm with Aurora for both vehicles and home. I joined Aurora’s clientele list when I turned 16 and have been with her and her group since then, almost 40 years. I just added my youngest daughter to continue on the family tradition with Aurora and now Michael. Through car accident issues with my entire family, Aurora and her team have always been there to help us through. My eldest daughter had an accident a few years ago and Michael not only helped us through the entire ordeal but helped set her up when she had to replace the car. She felt very bad about the whole experience and was concerned about not only the replacement of the vehicle but the possibility of losing her coverage. No one was hurt thankfully but as a new driver, she was rightfully very shook up. State Farm took care of everything and Michael helped ease her anxiety about the incident and assure her that she would not lose her coverage. As a parent, he continues to set us up with the best coverage for our family. He always has helpful suggestions and gets us the best deal he can. They are very knowledgeable, accessible, and courteous. I am very pleased and appreciative of the kind caring service and attention I received from my agent Michael who helped me initiate a claim for damages of 2 fences on my property . I was then referred to a Claims Adjuster Joanne who further assisted with an explanation of the process of proceeding with the claim. Next step I received a call from Thomas a Field Adjuster Thomas who made himself available for an appointment to assess damages. Thomas was kind and efficient. I was very much impressed with the service of all three the persons who assisted me with guidance through the process of filing and dealing with a claim. They made the process Quick and Easy.
