Sign in to reviewI went to get my serpentine belt replaced and they carelessly left multiple oil stains in the FABRIC interior of my car from their dirty hands. I called them as soon as I noticed, to see if they’d offer to clean it up, I mean that’s what a responsible business what do, instead they tried to fight me about it, getting defensive and claiming “how can we be sure it’s oil” … I’m no mechanic, but we all clearly knows what an oil stain looks like. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility for the damage they did to my car and TRY to clean it. I ended paying to get it detailed. I won’t be back, there’s a ton of repair shops in the area. so you with a car that needs a repair, If you’re reading this and value your hard earned money, I’d advise you spend it somewhere that values it as well.
This store changed the oil and oil filter in my car for $60, but after that my car did not perform well. This time, I bought my own oil and oil filter for $45 and asked them to do only the labor. They told me their labor cost is fixed at $35. This means that when they charged me $60 before, the oil and filter they used cost only about $25, including their profit. This suggests they may be using very low-quality oil and filters. Because of my experience, I do not recommend changing your oil at this shop, as it may cause expensive damage to your car.
I keep going there for many years. I really like the place the owner. Rabah he is very nice and honest and Antonio and the other guy I forgot his name they are very nice they do great job and their price is very reasonable highly recommended to everybody.
Excellent service, accommodating personnel, amazing technical skills. I have been coming here all the way from Escondido with all my cars, including German engineered since 2020, and have only great things to say about this shop.
Auto Repair For Less did a great job. They inspected my car and provided a diagnosis showing me my worn out brakes pads and rotors. They did a fabulous job. I also got a tune-up, and oil change for my 2015 Nissan Altima. The total price was reasonable, the job was completed within four hours. Antonio is very polite and professional. Rob is knowledgeable and thorough. Both seem trustworthy as well. I highly recommend them.
