Auto-Tech Auto Repair

Auto-Tech Auto Repair is an auto repair shop at 2432 SW 13th St in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. For local drivers, travelers passing through, and people dealing with an unexpected vehicle problem, the shop offers a place to seek diagnosis and repair. Customer reviews describe help with issues including a dead battery, an overheating car, and damage to a vehicle’s underside. The experiences shared by customers point to practical assistance focused on identifying the problem and getting people moving again when possible.

Several reviewers describe arriving while traveling or facing a time-sensitive breakdown. One customer, moving a long distance with their son, said the shop diagnosed the issue, obtained the needed part, and completed the repair before closing on a Friday. Another visitor to Oklahoma City said staff helped find and install a replacement truck battery, getting them back on the road within about an hour. These accounts make Auto-Tech Auto Repair relevant to people who need help away from home, as well as residents looking for a nearby mechanic.

The customer stories also mention repairs after a rock damaged the underside of a car and assistance with an overheating vehicle. One reviewer said the shop was already booked but still worked them in; another described being fit in at the last minute and receiving an honest explanation of what was actually wrong. The reviews highlight clear diagnosis, responsiveness, and fair pricing as parts of the experience. Those are customer-reported impressions, not a guarantee of a particular repair time or cost, but they offer useful context for someone deciding where to ask for help.

The atmosphere gets a small but welcome mention, too: a customer noted a “cool waiting room” while describing a friendly interaction. Together, the reviews suggest a straightforward repair-shop setting where people can discuss a vehicle concern and ask about next steps. Auto-Tech Auto Repair may suit drivers who value a direct explanation, practical help with common urgent problems, and pricing customers have described as fair. Calling ahead to explain the vehicle’s symptoms and check availability is sensible, especially for a same-day request or a repair that may require a part.

The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; it is closed Sunday. Its listed rating is 4.7 from 130 reviews. Located on SW 13th Street in Oklahoma City, Auto-Tech Auto Repair is an option to consider for local auto repair or an unexpected issue while traveling through the area. Reviews describe helpful service in stressful situations, but the right repair plan depends on the condition of each vehicle and a shop diagnosis.
