Very pleased with my experience with Automotive Collision Repair. I worked with Josh and he was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process and provided transportaion when needed. When they did the initial inspection, he took his time and explained what the damage was. While the pictures from the inspection weren't sent as pormised, I got them quickly once I followed up. Throughout the process he was communicative and helpful as well, and answered my questions. The pick up did take longer than expected as when I arrived, no one came out to meet me for some time - even though there were a number of workers that kept walking by. Eventually, I had to go and knock on the office door, something I didn't have to do when I brought it in for the inspection as that time, Josh met me outside after I'd driven my car in. So, I was under the impressions that that section was off limits. However, once we began the process, everything else went smoothly. Even when there was a discrepancy with how much the insurance sent, and the amount of the repair, Josh dealt directly with the insurance company, assuring me that this was something they were familiar with and would take care of. Thus, I wasn't responsible for the balance difference. It was very reassuring to hear, and also comforting knowing that they wouldn't take advantage of that, as some unscrupulous places would do. ACR was recommended by my dealership and I am so glad that they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, helpful and professional body shop.

He was incredibly accommodating and kept every step of the repair clear and transparent. He turned a high-stress situation into an easy experience, handling the logistics with professional ease and delivering beautiful results on my car. Highly recommend!

James at ACR was really helpful after my Subaru was smashed in a hit and run. He helped coordinate between me and the dealership and provided exhaustive updates along the way. He also made sure that issues that were missed by the insurance company were addressed before I got my car back. It was a horrible time and James really made it better. 500/10 stars

This place deserves 10 stars. My q60 was stolen and wrecked. Insurance company tried quoting me for used or aftermarket parts to paint and repair. Took it to this place and the guy Adam went to bat behind me against the insurance company and got us all new oem parts. As well pulling some string and getting the oem parts fast. Plus threw in a bunch of extra touch ups for no additional charge. Can honestly say my car was returned looking and feeling better then before it was stolen. Never once asked for anything in return. Genuinely satisfied ! 10⭐️s for sure.

I came to Automotive Collision Repair after my Subaru Outback was rear ended. Not only did they do a great job fixing my car, but they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced and fast service. Adam was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend.
