AutoWorks of Tampa

From the very first snowman, I spoke to DON on the phone. My experience went well. He was extremely patient and explaining possibilities to me about work that might need to be done. The answered all my questions. And then when we did pick up the car once again, he was patient and explaining what he believed the problem was the shop was clean. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Here’s a polished review you can post: I had a great experience with Auto Works of Tampa. They fixed the AC in my car, …

I had a great experience at AutoWorks of Tampa when I brought my Mini Cooper in for service. Scheduling my appointment online was incredibly easy, and I appreciated receiving confirmation by both email and text. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was quick, professional, and efficient. One thing that really stood out was how organized everything was. They emailed me a detailed invoice and receipt outlining all of the work that was completed, which made it easy to keep for my records. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional mechanic, I highly recommend Auto Works of Tampa. I’ll definitely be returning for future service!

I took my 2006 Jaguar S-Type to Autoworks for a repair on a non-working headlight. After numerous delays and costs, the job was done, but not before the technician stated the car needed an estimated seven thousand dollars in major repairs. In less than a month, the car was back in the shop with the same repair problem and in need of a new radiator. This time, the cost was over five thousand dollars. I voiced my complaint about these crazy, overpriced costs and was quickly dismissed. I will never, ever visit Autoworks of Tampa again; a costly lesson learned.

I cannot believe it, I won the lottery two days in a row. The first was with my Land Rover… I finally found a reliable establishment to fix an issue I had for over a year. Heights Auto Imports in Tampa. At the same time, I was looking for a place to fix my son‘s Dodge Ram,and as it turned out the sister business to “Heights” who fixed my Land Rover works on domestic vehicles. I called them up, and the next day took the pick up to them. Corey from Auto Works in Tampa was my service liaison and I have to tell you that, again, I have never felt so good about bringing my vehicle in to get serviced. Not only are they incredibly organized, the office is immaculate, the knowledge of the service technicians is outstanding. They took my vehicle in and the following day told me exactly what needed to be done, gave me an estimated price that was incredibly reasonable. Then, with all the work they had to do my vehicle was fixed the following day and ready for pick up.. I have never felt this good about bringing vehicles into a garage(s) to be repaired. I now have a reliable service group for both my vehicles… And I highly highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their cars fixed, and I mean, fixed to pristine condition. Thank you, auto Works of Tampa, and thank you Heights … your NEW customer forever
