Sign in to reviewThe dish was actually very nicely presented and came out very fast. I like the flavor and the food. The pork chop and rice was good. I wish there was more pork chop but honestly, the flavor and everything was good. Everything on the menu look good and everything was at a great price as well. I would go here again.
Recently opened, they did a pretty good job considering the competition along Bellair Street. Very good Vietnamese sandwiches for takeout, offering buy 5, get 1 free. I recommend the grilled pork and grilled beef from the menu. Their menu includes various drinks and smoothies. My favorite is coffee with condensed milk—a less sweet option. 🇻🇳 🧋😋
Food was up to standards. The flavors were there. The broth from Bun Bo and Bun Rieu was well-balanced enough, but with the Bun Bo, the vermicelli lacks firmness, so there's definitely room for improvement. Com Tam was fine. Pork chop was well-seasoned, though a bit too oily. Shredded pork skin, however, had too much five spice powder mixed in, overpowering the whole dish. The best part about Com Tam was hands-down the steamed egg meatloaf - great taste, great texture. Service was good. Staff and owner alike was friendly and helpful. Menu was super diverse so definitely coming back to try out more options.
Wanted to get some quick bread and this is the closest to the west of Asian town. The b&t drink is 7/10 boba is super soft and yummy. I got some pork banh mi and 7.5/10. Great price , awesome bread just not memorable. Downside. Tables are sticky and rarely gets cleaned. Cheap eats but not clean.
Ordered a round of banh mi for takeout, and they were delicious! Each sandwich is a perfect 'East meets West' symphony. It’s a masterclass in how a French staple can be transformed with a balanced mix of meats and veggies rather than just cheese. Definitely one of our top-tier sandwich shops in town.
