They always took the time to explain each step and made sure my son felt comfortable throughout the process. The office is well organized, and every appointment was a pleasant experience! You can truly feel that the team cares about their patients and the quality of their work. I came to Dr. Baird a little over a year ago and was immediately impressed with her office! Everyone is so kind, remembers you by name and is clear with you throughout the process. I was estimated 12-18 months and finished in 13 months and am incredibly happy with my teeth! I recommended a family member to her and they have had the same wonderful experience. Dr Baird and her entire is absolutely amazing. They are very professional and take great of all patients. Would like to give shout out to Paula- my daughter has smaller mouth— Paula was a huge help!!! Same with Lissy and Rosie. My daughter loved gnomes and large windows.

One of my friends referred me to Baird Ortho for my Invisalign and I will say it was well worth it. The team went above and beyond throughout my whole process which was close to a year. I was always welcomed by name and with kindness and patience and a great smile (forgive me for not remembering the name of the amazing front desk assistant). I felt very comfortable asking questions and was informed throughout each appt with what steps would be taken that day. The technology used for my Invisalign was great as well. I was shown what my teeth would look like and how they would be moving which was neat to see. Each assistant I worked with was fun and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my appts and was excited that they were also excited with me. I met each dr that worked in the office and they were all great. I really appreciate this office and all they have done. You absolutely get what you pay for. Thank you Baird Ortho for a great experience!!
