Balance In Life Massage

My wife and I had a couples’ massage and the entire experience was wonderful! Everyone working there was so kind, friendly, and professional. The couples room, music, lighting, and vibe was so relaxed and peaceful, beds were comfortable. Jasmine did my massage and it was truly the best I’ve ever had! Her hands moved so methodically and I could feel pain leaving my body with certain maneuvers. I feel like Jasmine is an expert in therapeutic massage. I also feel she excels in truly connecting with her client and staying tuned in from beginning to end, always knowing when to increase or decrease pressure or focus in certain tight spots. A couple of other things I noticed, she massaged my feet in a way that actually felt relaxing and I didn’t feel tensed up and tickled. Secondly, I am usually sore after a few deeper massages I’ve had in the past, but not after this! I was really surprised because I felt so much relief in painful areas during the massage, and the pressure felt firm and deep, I was sure I would pay for it later. On the contrary, I felt really relaxed the next day and I have felt the lasting benefits of the massage over the past week. I am very interested in trying some of the other massage services offered and I will definitely request Jasmine!! Excellent experience all around, highly recommend!

Definitely the best masseuse in the Arlington area! After trying a couple of places, I finally found my go-to! I visited Balance in Life Massage this past weekend, and Jasmine helped relieve two years of body aches, tension, & soreness in just one hour! . I’ve been going to Jasmin for several years now, and she is HANDS DOWN the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her knowledge of muscle anatomy, her technique, is like no other massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I had her lymphatic massage yesterday, and it was one of the best massages that she’s given me. My legs have been having a pins and needles feeling lately, and the lymphatic massage really helped. I will always recommend her to anyone needing a great massage!

It was the most wonderful massage I've had in a long time! Miss Jasmine was very thoughtful toward my pressure preference, and she immediately went to work on my stress areas. The room was comfortable, and the bed had a soothing, warming pad. She let me relax in peace and didn't talk my ear off, like many, new therapists. The hot stones are a must! Those melted away the little crunchies along my spine. I will definitely be back in 2 weeks for another one!
