Bamboo Nail Bar

Jen is my go to! I've been with her for years and she never disappoints. This place has a relaxing atmosphere and everyone is nice. I haven't had any issues with anyone or with my nails. This location is clean, decorated, comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for your mani/pedi needs!

Here's my honest experience. I was really happy The first time I went, the price was OK, the place seemed cute inside and I was happy with the service aside from the man wreaking of cigarettes that I had to hold my nose Within a week, every single nail from my $50 dip manicure chipped. Usually it last 3 to 4 weeks and is still perfect however is outgrown. I reached out two weeks later when it got to the point where it looks so bad. I let them know and they told me to come in to get them redone. Anyways, I was charged full price again. They have signs everywhere saying to let them know if you are not happy with the service so they can rectify… But they didn't do anything to try to rectify it, they didn't even apologize or explain why every single mail Was chipped. It's a shame they didn't actually try to fix the situation, they could've had a new customer every three weeks for life in me

Only giving two stars because the women who did my nails was very very sweet. However, the nails deserve 1 star because I got gel-x and they were so thin and bendable that the next day every finger had a weird shaped bent tip when I woke up. They’re thin and horrible quality. $80 for now nubs. Added a before and after.

My daughter and I come here once a month to get manicure and pedicures. The whole staff are so nice and welcoming. Everything is clean and beautiful and they do great sets with designs!

Listen I’m never one to complain but this entire experience was just ridiculous. Unless you have an incredibly simple design, they will struggle to get it done. All I wanted was a black to red ombre effect. It started out great they were incredibly nice. Then it came to coloring my nails and it took them 30-40 minutes just to get it somewhat right. They kept putting pink or purple colors on instead of red, then finally I just said fine that color worked. Then I found hair on my nail that they drilled out after I pointed them out. The entire time I kept hearing them say under their breathe “nothing makes her happy” which is just rude I was being incredibly kind and patient through out all of this and apologizing for having to go through so many test colors. At the end I paid $80 for very patchy uneven nails and I still found a hair in my nail, bubbling on another, glue streaks on another. Just a mess that wasn’t worth the money and took way too much time out of my day for a pretty simple design. I’m definitely not going to be going there again. The last picture is what I wanted to get with more red instead of pink and that took them forever to somewhat do.
