I’m extremely disappointed with the service my girlfriend received. I paid for her nails, and I was actually on FaceTime with her throughout the entire appointment, so I personally heard and witnessed how she was being treated. The nail technician was giving my girlfriend an attitude and seemed very rushed because the salon was getting ready to close. My girlfriend was telling her that her nails were hurting during the service, but she continued rushing through the appointment. When my girlfriend finally got home, her nails were still hurting. For the amount of money I paid, the quality of the service and the way she was treated were completely unacceptable. I understand that salons have closing times, but that should never mean rushing a customer through their appointment—especially when they’re telling you that they’re experiencing pain. Customers deserve to feel comfortable, respected, and taken care of. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.

I LOVE this nail spa! Everyone is super inviting! This place really cares about their customers and their experience. I was never a nail girly, but after coming here for my engagement nails, they made themselves a regular customer out of me. I feel so pretty and relaxed ever time I leave!

I have been a frequent client for a while now, the place is always neat, the attention 10/10. Ask for Dean, he is a great nail tech, the only tech who makes my nail removal painless, he is very attentive to detail and his nail application is excellent

I’ve been coming here for years, and every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back. This salon never disappoints! Mason gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. He paid so much attention to every detail and made the entire experience incredibly relaxing. I left feeling completely pampered. May did my nails, and they are an absolute dream! She is so talented and truly cares about her work. She even stayed an hour after closing to make sure every little detail was perfect and that I was completely happy with them. That level of dedication and care is so rare and meant so much to me. Everyone here is kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They always make me feel welcome and genuinely cared for. I can’t recommend this salon enough, and I’ll continue coming here for many years to come. Thank you all for another amazing experience!
