Banana Republic

Timeless classics, high-quality fabrics and great customer service - that's what you can expect from Banana Republic. I love this place. It's my favorite store. The price point is high but a lot of that has to do with tariffs. You definitely get what you pay for regardless. The customer service is great.

The employees are super nice and friendly. They always fit my size and their quality is stupendous! Some would say that Banana Republic is over their budget price, but it’s because Banana Republic’s quality is true to it’s name.

I’m not surprised that a month ago another person complained about rude associates because I went in prepared to purchase clothes for work as I’m an attorney and my 2 year old is throwing a tantrum as children do & an associate in checkout named MONICA asks me to check why my child is crying rudely in front of several people paying and I let her know because he’s 2 & throwing a tantrum have you never seen a child cry before? And she says no and I say well you must not have kids and she makes an ugly face. I then ask for her name to leave a review and she says go ahead. Clearly the store lacks professionalism and I’m sure this is not the first time the store has lost business due to the rude behavior exhibited today by your employees. None of the other employees next to her even bothered to tell her to stop being rude or apologize to me. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW! This happened 2/7/26 between 2-3pm I will be submitting a formal complaint as well in addition to this BAD REVIEW!

I was in this store tow days ago and asked one of the associates to help me find my size ,her name was (muni ) and she is very professional and kind .she was helping me and suddenly a long and very rude associate lady asked her to leave and she will take care of me but I told her No thanks .I don’t want you help me ,then she was laughing at me 🙄 her name was Aicha. I think this lady shouldn’t be in the customer care. This is my last time to visit this store .

This store associate was completely unprofessional. A blonde woman in her 60s was extremely rude and disrespectful in front of me. The associates were unable to explain why my bank was charged twice and refused to investigate or learn what went wrong. She stated, “I will not leave my name for this situation,” even though I did not ask for it. Throughout the interaction, the two other associates were laughing the entire time while they could not figure out the issue. It was unclear whether they were teasing a coworker or mocking me as a customer, but the behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional, showing a clear lack of teamwork. In contrast, a Chinese associate was the only one who truly helped me. She was kind, patient, and professional. She left me her name and told me that if my bank was charged twice, I could call back and she would assist me. Due to the rude behavior, lack of professionalism, and poor teamwork, I do not recommend this store.
