Banh Mi Che Cali has been a solid spot for me ever since they opened but unfortunately, they've downgraded so much ever since, it's a bit disappointing. My partner and I visited to grab some party items, 50 egg rolls, some banh mi, and prepackaged banh cuon. My first ripe is that the party tray of 50 egg rolls was not secure at all. They had it in a standard party aluminum tray but there was no cover. They just placed it in a brown paper bag and stapled it. Not very sanitary in my opinion plus the possibility of egg rolls falling out of the tray. I used to get their milk teas quite a bit because it was cheap and its BOGO. For tea quality, it's pretty basic and sometimes very watery. Boba is always hard and not very easy to chew, but for the price, that's the quality that you're getting. I've also dined here plenty with family, their Phos are pretty standard and are worth a look, sometimes the broth is a bit salty so it varies from time to time. My favorite item to get here is their prepackaged banh cuon, it's easy to eat and it's pretty tasty, by far their best menu item in my opinion over the years of visiting. Highly recommended to have a quick bite if I need a quick meal here but I personally wouldn't dine here anymore. Service is subpar, they have a lot of staff members but are still slow and sometimes unresponsive/not active. Better spot for take out than dine in.

Great place for the banh mi and bakery items. They are very fresh bakery choices. Also Pho and Hot steamed roll with pork that is very delicious. Staff is very friendly and prices are reasonable. There is seating inside and outside for those who want to eat at the restaurant. I will come here again when I am in the area.

Their Vietnamese sandwiches and cold noodles are pretty tasty. They also serve different types of pho and hot/cold noodles for dine-in and takeouts. Language barrier is a common issue here, so pay attention to your order number when they call it out and order by the item number listed on their menu might be useful.

This spot has an awesome deal—buy 2 sandwiches and get 1 free! Today we just grabbed a chicken sandwich and an iced coffee, and wow… both were super good. The coffee was refreshing and the sandwich was so tasty. Definitely coming back to snag that sandwich deal. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Do not bother with the bahn mi here unless you enjoy being ripped off and yelled at rudely by the cashier. Ordered the special buy 2 get one free. There was nothing in the sandwiches no, cilantro, at all. It s the saddest, flavorless excuse of a sandwich I have ever seen. Look at the photos. I don’t recommend at all. On top of that the cashier lady was impatient, beyond brusk, and rude as all get out to take our order.
