Banh Mi Dalat

Man this place is good. Like really good. There's a little radio that plays classical music. Every Banh Mi is outrageously good. Every bowl of Pho is probably the best meal I've ever had in my life. The dude that works there operates the creation of each masterpiece like a surgical operation. The ingredients are fresh and fragrant. Everything is superb and high quality ingredients. The broth is so good it makes me cry.

Very good I’m very glad I found this place. It was convenient for me because it opens at 9:00 AM I can have a good meal and go home to bed. I did not get the gentleman’s name, but I want to thank Him for his hospitality.- another good thing that happened I left my wallet on the table by mistake and a customer brought it out to me. This shows you we still have good people in this world.

Tried the brisket bahn mi which I found very unique and a good fusion of Texas and Vietnamese flavors. Also tried the pork bahn mi but the brisket one was more flavorful. Overall a nice place for a quick bite, good prices, decent food.

The brisket pho was very good! The brisket is thinly sliced and tender, and the broth is clear and hearty. As with most restaurants, I think there are too many noodles in one serving, but that’s a personal preference. The cafe sua da saved me after a very long night. It’s the perfect sweetness, color, and silky texture. For both I paid $22ish.

I just moved to the area and really wanted a Vietnamese Iced Coffee this morning. Found this place and gave it a shot. First off I freaking love the decor and vibe. I got my stuff to go because I had to go back home to work but it was a nice and homey atmosphere. I legit wanted to just chill there and work from my laptop. First sip of the iced coffee was deliciousssss! I know it’s an iced coffee but honestly a lot of places give way too much ice and not enough coffee. This had so much coffee and you can actually taste the coffee. It’s not over saturated with condense milk. There was a good balance between the coffee flavor and sweetness! And if you know Asians we don’t like things too sweet! I also got the Banh Mi Dac Biet. This thing is gorgeoussssssss! And first bite immediately I felt like the scene from Ratatouille where the critic had flashback to childhood. No exaggeration that’s how I felt. It had all the flavors of a classic Vietnamese sandwich even the Vietnamese mayo! The portion of meat to veggies was well balanced. I am definitely coming back!!!!
