Sign in to reviewI have been coming here to get the mushroom banh mi for years. It's some of the tastiest in the bay with great pickled veggies and yummy sauce. I would pass on planning to eat at the restaurant as it's not very relaxing and the lack of restroom would definitely eventually be a bummer.
Ordering is done via a pad - no cash! And : NO TOILET. That is had. And it is a dine in location. I thought that is a requirement. Also, traditional banh mi is $11.50 but if you order it, it has a $1 surcharge for a traditional banh mi. Makes no sense and seems like a scam. Place is nicely designed. Clean. Wait is a bit longer than in comparable places. Food is good. It won some BEST OF MARÍN awards. The announcement that your meal is ready is done HOA a DMV like loud announcement….
Cute place Had decent pati seating Rajes a little while as they seem very busy But worth the wait! So good and fresh I had the traditional and my partner had the bugulgi Both were delicious Same with the boba drinks! Can't wait to try more items from this place
The tofu Banh mi sandwich is our staple. We stop here almost every time we go to the the Bay Area. Right off freeway. The bread seems to have gotten even better recently— lightly browned and crispy. Only downside is they don’t have a bathroom. Would be so much more convenient if they did.
we absolutely LOVE this place. we come here regularly, so much that the staff knows our faces and orders. they prepare the food with care, and it’s so tasty. we love the banh mi beef bulgogi the best! highly recommend this high quality place!
