Chau’s Dirty Rice with a deliciously tender chicken thigh can’t be beat. This dish was a fun combination of textured and flavors. Just when you’ve taken a few bites of rice, you have some rich chicken to dig into. Then quickly a crunch salad bite for freshness. Crispy egg roll. And on and on. So fun to eat. Made great leftovers too. I heard great things about the other dishes. Will come back when I can.

I have only been here twice, but I already feel like family. The pho is hands down the best. Every bowl is full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and obviously made with care. What really sets this place apart is the people. Linda and her family are some of the kindest and most welcoming people you will ever meet. They even let me in a little early one day, and when I came back they remembered me, greeted me with a handshake, and made me feel genuinely appreciated. That kind of hospitality is rare. You can tell they truly care about both their food and their customers. If you are looking for authentic pho and outstanding service, this is the place to go. I will definitely be back many more times.

Waitress is very attentive and she asks us if we need any more bean sprouts. This never happened in any pho restaurant. The beef broth is good, a little on the sweet side. There are plenty of noodle but meat portion is less than average.
