Came in for a cleanup and left in 45 mins, super quick from paperwork to the procedure. Even though I don’t speak Cantonese or mandarin, they were very nice and accommodating. They Spoke great English and had friendly doctors!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this dental office. I called this morning because I was told this practice accepted my grandmother’s insurance plan and was accepting new patients. After providing her information, the receptionist asked whether my grandmother spoke Spanish. I informed her that my grandmother speaks both English and Spanish. Immediately after that question, I was told they could no longer help my grandmother. The receptionist then placed the phone down and began discussing my grandmother’s situation with someone else while I remained on the line. When she returned, she stated that they would not be helping my grandmother. I politely asked to speak directly with the doctor or office manager to better understand the reason for the refusal. Instead, the receptionist hung up on me. Since then, I have attempted to call the office multiple times and have received no response. I cannot speak to the intentions behind their decision, but the timing and manner in which this was handled left me feeling concerned, disrespected, and unwelcome. At the very least, patients and their families deserve a clear explanation, professional communication, and basic courtesy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. I will also be reporting this incident to the appropriate agencies for review.
