Sign in to reviewI have bought a 24k 11.7 gram pendant which was $1600 and after taxes and a card fee it came out to $1870 It was perfect but it has scratches and a bend at the bail and kind of makes it hard to read stamp but besides that i think it was a good addition to my collection
My family bought many diamonds and other jewelry from this store 10 years or so ago. Came back recently to set custom ordered diamonds and rings. The lady owner was as nice as ever. And, they charged reasonable prices for the quality of work. I am somewhat OCD by nature so I am not that easily satisfied. I was however, satisfied with the work they did.
This was the first jewelry store I stopped at as it didn’t need an appointment like some others in the hong Kong market. The couple greeted us and helped with choices in my budget. I was looking for a pendant for wife and a necklace for myself. They had a very good selection on necklaces and not as many choices in pendants for 24k that I was looking for wife. There are many stores so be sure to visit all of them as it seemed each one specialized in specifics I noticed. Some have larger chains and not smaller chain selections, some carried more Hong Kong styles and design, some had larger selection of pendants. Anyone who knows 24k it all depends on design. More design = more money for labor. Plan to pay a few hundred dollars above market value. I ended up buying a 37g necklace and purchased a 8g pendant somewhere else for about 300$ cheaper. Afterwards we talked with the couple for almost 30 minutes talking about everything. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
Both my wife and our daughter have purchased at this jeweler for the last few years. We call her Grandma (I think she is the owner's wife). She is very sweet, pleasant and takes the time to show us the pieces we were looking at. This time, we met the son, Bao and he is very friendly and not pushy. He allowed us the look around and their pricing was very reasonable. We know they have great quality and great cuts in their jewelry. Highly recommend this location. Great location and feel secure when inside their shop.
When entering this establishment they were very welcoming; greeting us and allowing us to look around to see what we were interested in. They have watches, bangles, necklaces, rings, and so much more! I like that they give us time to settle in and see what they have; they are not pushy and breathing down our necks to make a purchase. When we had a question they were helpful and even recommended what they had or could customize for us. Very knowledgeable on their exchange rates, jewelry, and watches. Overall great experience, humble couple--highly recommend coming here!
