Dr. Nguyen is kind, empathetic, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. He’s the best doctor I’ve probably ever seen. He takes the time to listen carefully to me and addresses all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He orders appropriate tests and clearly explains the results in an easy-to-understand way. He is also very responsive and quick to reply when I message him through the Privia patient portal. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly set him apart. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone looking for a compassionate, thorough, and responsive physician.

Dr. Nguyen is absolutely the best PCP I've ever had! He doesn't rush like a lot of other doctors; he takes his time, listens, and asks lots of questions. He is extremely THOROUGH! I started with Dr Nguyen after waiting several months, like you, for my first appointment. For folks looking for a PCP, Dr N will engage you immediately with his gregarious personality. In this first meeting he will review in detail your past lab tests and tell you what concerns him based on those tests and what tests he wants completed and why. Then he will ask you about every physical ailment that bothers you and propose a way-ahead. A month later he will meet with you again, and again for every month after that until every out-of-scope lab test and known physical ailment is diagnosed and treated. The result will be for you a sense that, finally, here is a doctor who really cares about your well-being and believes good patient health is the result of good teamwork between doctors and patients. You will come to appreciate that one of Dr N’s strengths is that he will recommend you see specialists when he believes it best and the doctors he recommends are going to be just as outstanding as he. Each will make you feel that you are in the presence of a doctor at the top of their profession. And they will each praise Dr N despite knowing him only from the patients he refers to them. In fact, Dr N was recommended to us by another doctor who is also a patient of Dr N. You want some hard facts? After six months my type 2 diabetes condition, my high cholesterol challenge, my thyroid issues, my sore back, and my weight are all under control. I have lost 45 lbs, my BMI is 23, and I work out lifting weights every day for 2-3 hours. After five months as Dr N’s patient, the same day I completed a 75-mile bike ride, I was still able do easily do my daily weight lifting regime …I did not feel any physical pain the next day. This could be you in six months. I am 70 years old next month so of I can do it, you can. Dr N is the BEST PCP I have had in my lifetime. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr Nguyen.
