I do not recommend coming here. My family are veteran patients here and every single visit the wait is up to an hour. Every time a prescription is needed to refill the staff is never up to par on faxing or calling patients’ pharmacy to have it ready for the patient. The only reason we continue to go here is because my parent’s English is very limited and we trusted the doctor here who speaks fluent Vietnamese. The staff is incredibly negligent and does not acknowledge your presence. There are many better doctor’s and doctor office’s out there – do your research.

Bad experience! Don’t ever recommend. We scheduled an appointment months before because the doctor was full and was called a week before the appointment date saying the doctor can’t make it on that day. The person that called told us there was no more room and we will have to wait a couple more months as the schedule was full, after we complained they finally said they have an opening next Tuesday or this Tuesday (mind they called us on Monday meaning that it was tomorrow). But because my husband work at a company, we need more than the day before to ask for a day off since they don’t provide us sick leave. The woman told us to just call her back to reschedule with those two days in mind but when we did, she told us that the times for those days was already taken. Honestly waiting months for a doctor visit isn’t worth it at this place. The costumer service sucks and the receptionist is rude, obnoxious and makes the doctor herself look very bad to the patients. I honestly never met the doctor herself since this is my first time so I can’t tell if she’s good or bad but due to my experience I wouldn’t want to meet her anymore because of this experiences and her rude receptionist. I will make sure to tell my family and friends about this place as it’s not worth the wait. Please save your time because there are much more better place that provides much better service than this place

Find another Primary Care Physician, they do support an Asian culture but there are so many other offices you can find in Arlington or in the DFW that will provide you with better service. My story is, she had been my Dr for 6 years, I didn't see her every year cause i don't get sick often. However in the biggest time of need in my life to deal with a very serious medical condition I reached out to make an appointment to get her opinion as my primary care Doc on getting a second opinion before surgery and the office refused to go the extra mile to get me in to see her before the scheduled surgery they kicked it out over a month cause they listed me as a new patient cause I hadn't see her recently after advocating to them the importance of hearing her out before going under the knife. It really hurt me that they couldn't get me in for that. They were rude and not empathetic at all and this my first time ever writing a review that's how bad of service it was to me.

Worst Doctor is all human history. Do not come to this Doctor. Her office gave my mom an appointment at 9 but the Doctor does not come in until after 10? Does this Doctor even carry a watch? or does she even bother that she has appointments? or maybe she does not care! THIS IS SO UN-PROFESSIONAL ! This is not the first time that she did this! It happened several times. If you come in late an hour like the doctor she will refuse to see you and charge a $25 for no show! How in the world that she could become a Doctor and yet anybody file a complaint against her with the board. If with the time frame she is like this, I wonder how is the quality of her work? I don't think It is good if she does not seem to care about punctuation! I will take my mom somewhere else! My advise for people: DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE THIS PLACE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CONDITION! LEAVE! RUN! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I EVER WITNESS A DOCTOR THAT IS SO UN-PROFESSIONAL! SHE CAME IN LATE. She does not even has a back door or an excuse of why she is late. She came in look like she just got off bed and put something on, her hair did not even comb!

Setup an annual checkup with Dr. Dana Dinh, but not seen by her, but a young doctor, Yen Phan. Later asked the girls in front, they said Dr. Dinh came some time in some days only. My urine test resulted in some kind of infection, got an injection from them later for treatment, did urine test again, still got infected. They said never mind if no symptom - OMG, from the beginning I had no symptom at all. Also, they mailed out lots of bill for ever single thing they did, what I hadn't seen that much from other clinics before. Wonder about their abilities of treatment. The most boring thing is waiting time. Most of the time I came there, I saw only some patients (about 2 - 3 waiting patients; 1 - 2 patients being checked inside) but I had to wait about 20 minutes - 40 minutes to be seen. Lab work results were informed late by a nurse; moreover, the idea / treatment for that result from the doctor took extra more more day (there was a time, after about 10 days from the day the nurse had called me, I must called back to the clinic to ask).
