Sign in to reviewHands down one of the best massages I’ve gotten in my life. Monika was amazing. I did deep tissue on my back and shoulders. You really have to trust your therapist in order to relax and I was able to. I felt so safe and cared for. I walked out a new woman and my body feels free.
My bestie and I stopped in yesterday for hour long foot massages (which includes fully clothed body as well) and we both had excellent experiences. Reasonably priced and truly wonderful massages all around. Highly recommend if you're in the Rancho Bernardo area. We were passing through on the way to the airport and they got us in within 30 minutes of us calling.
I go often bc it’s affordable the massages here are completely relaxing and remove all stress. It’s clean, the music is lovely and I feel comfortable. Joy and Owen are fantastic and pay attention to each stress point until the tension melts away. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Bao Sheng for foot massage every other week for quite awhile before the new ownership! It’s conveniently located and clean. The newly remodel is nicely done! I currently have Joy do my massage and she’s courteous, professional, and deep with her massage. Price is right and I always get the package and pay ahead for the convenience. AJ
