I had such a great experience with Grace! She did my hair exactly how I asked for, and it turned out even better than I imagined. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing, her technique is amazing and she has such a gentle, professional touch with her hands, which made the whole process feel so relaxing. On top of that, she’s such a great person with an amazing heart. She makes you feel so comfortable and cared for the entire time, which honestly makes the experience even more special. I absolutely love how my hair came out and have been getting so many compliments. Grace really listens and pays attention to detail, which I appreciate so much. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone talented and genuinely kind, you won’t regret going to her!

My hair feels the best is has EVER felt after my Japanese head spa appointment with Arisa! ❤️😍 WOW! The treatment was so relaxing and nourishing - Arisa is a true professional and so caring! But not only was it unfriendly relaxing - we got RESULTS! 🎉 The before and after photos of my scalp were incredible to see, and when I ran my hands through my hair after the appointment, it was the most soft and hydrated it has ever felt! I’ll be coming back monthly! Thank you so much Arisa!

I got a curly cut with Grace Nara and she was absolutely incredible. I usually struggle to find a stylist who can handle my 3a/3b hair but she took great care of it and it left feeling and looking so fabulous and hydrated. The front desk staff was also so lovely and helpful throughout. Will definitely be back!

Grace was amazing! She really took the time to listen to all my concerns before starting my cut and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She’s incredibly attentive, talented, and such a lovely person. 10/10 — I highly recommend her!

I supposedly got the Botanical Deep Scalp Spa. It wasn't that I didn't like the service itself. The head massage was great and the products were aromatic and smelled pleasant. I just know that I didn't get what I paid for and that diminished the experience. Their website says "every head spa consists of six essential steps". At this point I'll let you do the math. I arrived at 4:10, was taken to the area they do the scalp analysis in at 4:15, which is just a desk with three dividers, a monitor, and a camera. The scalp analysis is basically them putting the camera in your head and telling you whether your scalp is dry or oily. There weren't any signs like you would see in a doctor's office or similar therapeutic place explaining different types of scalp issues, or even what a healthy scalp looks like. No credentials on the wall or any type of certificates. Nothing. Just a camera and their assessment. I had genuine questions about things I saw in my scalp, and just had to take their word for it. I was shown a white substance gathered at my pores and on my hair that I was told was my hairs natural oils. (Log that, we'll come back to it.) Then we go into the room, and the aromatherapy is already going, and the head washing begins. I've stated already the service was great. I maintain that. It felt great and was really relaxing. However, I wasn't told the steps the masseuse was going through, nor was I told which treatment she was using. In addition to that, My head of course was only massaged In short intervals because it was covered in a bag twice. At 5:15 I was collecting my items from the room to Go sit back at the desk and see my scalp on video. Did you do the math? Right. So although I have paid close to $200 for 60 minutes of massage and hair washing I really only got 40 minutes if that. I have no idea when the deep scalp botanical treatment was used on my head, and question if I even received what it was that I paid for. So, now we're looking at my scalp again and she's assuring me that my scalp is clean and that my pores are unclogged, EVEN THOUGH I still see the same white substance in my hair. She seen me looking inquisitively and offered up the explanation that it was the serum that she had just put in my hair at the end of the service. So the serum looks like my natural hair oils?... Okay. After the service I'm offered tea, that I'm never able to drink because I'm getting my hair blow dried. That service was fine, my hair was blow dried straight and correctly. It was definitely overpriced but why would I want to blow dry my own hair after having such a relaxing experience. So I gave two stars because the service itself was not terrible. But I left with buyers remorse. I spent $240, I suggest you not. Get one of the cheaper services it can't be too far from what I received. If it is you might just need to find a new place overall.
