Customer feedback points especially to massage as a reason people visit. If you are comparing local options for a massage in Chandler, Bashan Wellness Spa offers a nearby place to consider, with reviews that give a mix of positive experiences and practical details to keep in mind.

Massage is the service mentioned most clearly in the available customer comments. One reviewer simply called the massage great, while another recalled receiving a good massage from a therapist during a visit about ten months before writing. That customer described the business as an Asian massage place and said the price at the time was around $50 for an hour. Because this price and account refer to a past visit, they should not be treated as a current rate or a guarantee of what a future appointment will be like. For anyone considering a massage, checking directly with the spa about available services, current pricing, and appointment arrangements is a sensible way to get up-to-date information.

The overall customer feedback is mixed rather than uniform. Bashan Wellness Spa has a listed rating of 4 out of 5 based on 9 reviews, and comments include both praise for the massage and concerns about the experience. One customer said a therapist sometimes left the room during a massage and that other activity could be heard, which affected how relaxing the visit felt. Another review reported arriving to find the business closed despite the hours posted on the door. These are individual accounts, not a description of every visit, but they offer useful context for people who value an uninterrupted, quiet treatment or want to confirm that the spa is open before traveling.

A separate reviewer noted that Bashan Wellness Spa did not offer gift cards or gift certificates for its services at the time they visited. Gift options and policies can change, so anyone hoping to give a massage as a present should ask the business directly rather than assume certificates are available. The published daily schedule suggests a broad window for planning a visit, though the report of a closure means it is worth verifying the current hours and availability in advance. The address places the spa on W Chandler Blvd, making it an option to look into for Chandler residents and others nearby who are comparing local massage services.

In short, Bashan Wellness Spa is a Chandler spa with customer comments centered on massage, a listed daily schedule of 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and a 4-star rating from 9 reviews. It may suit someone seeking a massage in the area and willing to confirm current details before going. Feedback ranges from a straightforward positive recommendation to concerns about interruptions, relaxation, and reported hours, so expectations may differ by visit. For the most reliable plan, contact the spa to check that it is open, ask about current massage prices and services, and confirm whether gift certificates are offered. That simple step can help set clear expectations for a visit in Chandler, Arizona.
