A recurring project in the reviews is changing a bathtub into a walk-in shower. One customer said installers Terry and Brennan did an excellent job and were knowledgeable and professional. These accounts may be particularly relevant to households planning a bathroom update for an older family member or someone who needs a more suitable bathing arrangement. The reviews do not specify a standard design or a particular set of accessibility features for every project, so customers should discuss their own requirements directly with the business.

Customers also describe communication as part of the installation experience. Reviewers say the installers explained the work and its scope, walked them through new shower features, and listened to where a seat and safety bars should be positioned. One customer specifically appreciated having the seat and bars placed at the height and location that suited their needs. Another review noted that the installation team cleaned up while working. Together, these comments give prospective customers concrete points to ask about when discussing a shower replacement: what the project includes, how features will be positioned, and what to expect during installation.
