BATHHOUSE Spa is a spa in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 3940 S Las Vegas Blvd W, Las Vegas, NV 89119. For visitors looking to step away from the Strip’s busy pace without leaving the city, customer accounts describe a modern, relatively intimate setting designed for quiet relaxation. Reviewers mention subdued, calming lighting and an atmosphere that feels removed from the surrounding Vegas energy. The experience may suit guests who prefer a smaller, quieter spa over a large, bustling facility, as well as couples or friends looking for time to unwind together.

The spa’s approach is described as a contemporary take on the bathhouse, bringing modern design together with restorative treatments. One reviewer highlighted the co-ed spaces as a particular plus when visiting with a significant other, while another appreciated having a quieter place to relax with friends. These accounts suggest that BATHHOUSE Spa can be a good fit for guests who value a peaceful environment and shared downtime. The overall feel is not presented as bright or lively; a reviewer specifically described the darker lighting as relaxing, which may appeal to people who want a more cocooned break from the crowds and activity outside.

Massage is among the treatments mentioned in customer feedback. One guest enjoyed a seasonal summer berry massage, noting its pleasant scent and positive experience with the massage therapist. Another reviewer described the treatments as good and the facility as modern and compact, with amenities they considered sufficient for a spa visit. A separate review mentions nail services and describes the technician as warm and personable, although that account also offers a caution about booking and expresses concerns about the service. Taken together, the feedback is mixed, so guests may want to confirm the specific treatment, provider, and appointment details before making plans.

BATHHOUSE Spa has a 4.2-star rating from 78 reviews, reflecting a range of customer experiences rather than a guarantee of any particular visit. Advance booking is worth considering: one reviewer regretted arriving without a secured appointment and found limited last-minute availability. The feedback also notes that guests calling to book may want to confirm they are being connected to BATHHOUSE Spa, since one customer said they were otherwise directed toward a different spa. Hours are not available in the provided business information, so check directly before visiting. For travelers and locals seeking a modern, quieter spa setting on Las Vegas Boulevard, BATHHOUSE Spa offers a treatment-focused place to pause and recharge.

A word of caution before booking: I made the mistake of not securing an appointment in advance, and this was the only salon with last-minute availability. In hindsight, that alone should have raised a red flag. The nail technician was warm and personable, which I genuinely appreciated — however, the quality of her work left much to be desired. The previous gel was not fully removed prior to application, the nail shapes were inconsistent across all fingers, and the polish itself was applied unevenly. For a service that came to $120 (tip included), this was deeply disappointing. Speaking of the tip — it is automatically added at 20% and, notably, charged at the time of booking rather than after the service is completed. I was not given the option to adjust or decline the gratuity. This structure essentially guarantees the technician’s tip regardless of the quality of service rendered, which, frankly, removes any incentive to meet a high standard of work. At this price point, and with these policies in place, I cannot in good conscience recommend this salon — not even as a last resort.

This is a good spa if you want to feel like you’ve completely disappeared from the Vegas hustle and bustle… it’s dark in a relaxing way, with the right type of lighting and environment. If you’re with your significant other, the coed spaces are phenomenal… Treatments were good and the facility is generally pretty awesome. Way way better than the spa at the Cosmo , and I felt it was more relaxing than the spa at the Ritz Carlton. My only complaint was the music was a little mess… Classic rock tunes covered by violin and Viola… Would’ve preferred something a little more spa like- but apparently they change the music every day or will change it if you complain. Overall, definitely would recommend.

Bathhouse Spa at Delano is a great relaxation from the craziness of the strip. When you call to book request the concierge to specifically connect you to this one because they usually try to get you into the other Spa at Mandalay Bay. The Bathhouse Spa is very modern and smaller but has all the amenities. My husband is a regular here and gets a massage done every time he visits Vegas. It was my first time at this Spa. My daughter and I got our nails done this time. The nail technicians were very professional, friendly and did an awesome job. Ask for Janet or Marie when you call in to do your nails and you wouldn’t regret it.
